Bosston was one of the core members of the Libel CRM implementation providing inputs on the business requirements of the organisation from the system. What promised to be a few months effort dragged on to a few years!
Newton :
If you have ever needed to put up with unusable, complicated software at your workplace (and most of us belong to that category!), then you will relate to Newton.Newton has newly joined We-Use-Enterprise-Software Inc. He has performed quite well at his previous workplace based on which he was offered a job here. So he is quite confident that he will be able to do justice to his work here.
Bosston :
Newton reports to her. She has been around for a long time and has worked her way up the system. She is a task master and believes in extracting the most out of those who report to her. ‘Work done on time, is work done well’ - the mantra that she works on, irrespective of conditions and situations. She likes people who come up with solutions before appraising her of the problems. Computers are complicated machines that she feels are best left for the lesser mortals (read those who report to her).
Krypton :
A witty and a fun loving person who provides technical support to the enterprise software used in the organisation. He is the first person to be contacted for any technical issues and expected to find suitable solutions to these. He never does it though as mostly the solution is against the system. He prefers confusing the users rather then solving their problem.
Baton :
He has been around for a long time and seen it all. He has changed things around in past and has experienced the glory. That’s the only reason why he is still able to cling on to his post! He knew enough about systems when he was younger, but now his knowledge is stale. So he is forced to ‘Live and let live’ which aptly summarizes his attitude towards most problems at office.
